Swimming Pool

 

Somerset features a luxurious resort style swimming pool that offers a large pool deck with an abundance of comfortable lounge chairs for sunning.  The area also features umbrella/table seating, a gas grill and covered open-air serving area that's perfect for residents who want to create and enjoy a pool-side snack with friends, kids and grand kids!

 

The pool deck is also a popular spot for neighbors to gather under an umbrella and share in a game of bridge, Mah-jongg or maybe just some poolside conversation on a warm summer day!

 

According to community pool codes created by the Ohio Department of Health...the pool area is gated and locked at all times.  Residents should be in possession of a key, which allows access for entering and also for exiting the pool area.  Owners who have not received a pool key, please speak with an associate at the Towne Properties office in the Clubhouse.

 

Posted pool hours are 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM daily.  For your convenience, restrooms are available for pool users at the South side of the Clubhouse.  You'll need your electronic pass card to gain entry.  The seasonal, unheated Somerset pool opens each year in mid-May and closes in mid-September.

 

As at any community pool, there are a few rules that residents are asked to follow.  These rules are posted in the pool area, so be sure to familiarize yourself during your next visit.  There is a pool occupancy limit, therefore you're asked to invite only two guests per adult resident.  Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, there is a

"no-pet policy" and pool parties are not permitted!
