Lawn and Gardens

As you approach our community from the Solzman Road main entrance...an array of beautiful seasonal plantings catch your eye as you make your way down the scenic tree-lined Somerset Chase Boulevard.  A visual that can only be improved after dark, when each tree is individually flooded with light!!

 

As you approach the turn onto Trotter's Chase, you're greeted with a stunning English garden...part of a park-like setting centrally located in one of the many peaceful green spaces throughout the neighborhood.  Take in the view from the Clubhouse veranda that features a perfectly manicured lawn, leading to the Roman inspired landing and water fountain...that during the summer will be adorned with flourishing hanging flower baskets.  The abundance of trees that line the streets and cover the property offer wonderful shade during the hot summer months and a breathtaking color transformation in the fall.

 

For your convenience, the Somerset Community consists of two secondary entrances...another on the West side, off Solzman Road and one on the East side off Snider Road.  Each entrance boasting an impressive and welcoming greeting into our neighborhood.

 

We contract annually with a professional lawn care service that is all encompassing.  Everything from mowing, fertilizing, annual landscape maintenance, trimming and mulching...plus winter snow removal.  We also depend on these professionals to create all the lovely floral gardens at the entrances and the numerous flower gardens and pots you'll see flanking the Clubhouse and pool area.

 

All creating this enchanting and tranquil place to call home!
