How do I gain full access to this website?
Register (top right) on the site. The Website Manager will verify your address, and send you an email with login and password instructions.
 
What is our school district?

Where do we get our mailbox key?
If the former owner did not leave one for you – Contact the Symmes Township Post Office on Fields Ertel Road.
 
When is my driveway plowed?
Please refer to the COA ice/snow removal guidelines found under "Useful Information" on the HOME page.
 
Can I change the plantings around my condo unit?
Yes, with approval from Brian Burgett, our Association Manager, and the COA Board of Directors, and at the owner’s expense.
 
Who are the COA board members and how can I contact them?
How often is trash collected?
Currently the trash is collected on Thursday Morning. It is usually picked up very early so it is best to put trash at the curb on Wednesday evenings. Check Rumpke for possible changes during Christmas Week.
 
Do I pay for recycling? 
Yes, there is a fee for recycling paid directly to Rumpke.
 
Does Somerset host social events?
The staff at the Bishop's Gate Clubhouse hosts events for the entire community – apartments, condos and single family homes. Check "Social Events" under the Amenities Page, or check the Bi-Monthly Somerset Newsletter under "Useful Information" on the HOME page. If a social event is coming soon it will be listed under Upcoming Events and the Community Calendar on the HOME page.
 
How do I get into the Clubhouse’s exercise room and how do I access the pool area?
The previous owners should have left a white key card for the clubhouse exercise room 24/7, and a physical key for the gates to the pool. If you did not receive these, check with the staff at the Bishop's Gate Clubhouse. Presently, there is a $50.00 fee for a replacement key.
 
Can I rent the Clubhouse space? If so, how?
Yes, there is a deposit and fee for the use of the Clubhouse. Contact the Bishop's Gate Clubhouse Staff at 513-489-3575.
 
How do I find out what my building number is?
Please see "Building Numbers" on the Documents Page.
 
Where is my polling place?
Currently it is at Faith Bible Church on 8130 E Kemper Road, Cincinnati, Ohio.
