Somerset - A Great Place to Live

Somerset is a beautiful, welcoming, community with many recreational, social, and aesthetic amenities, located in the northeast corner of Hamilton County Ohio. It consists of 240 apartments (Bishop's Gate), 100 Single Family Homes, and 99 Townhomes (most people call them "Condos"). The Condos are located in 23 buildings along Trotters Chase, Somerset Chase, Paddington Lane, Chancery Lane, and Abbott Lane. Local government is provided by Sycamore Township, and schools are provided by the Princeton School District. This website is provided by the Somerset Condo Owners Association for the benefit of its residents.

On a cold and rainy Wednesday seventeen ladies gathered at the Weiss Baking Company for good conversation and a delicious lunch. The Communications Committee is working to plan more events like this one so we can socialize with our neighbors. Details to come soon!

Twenty of us gathered in the cozy front room of the Silver Spring House to catch up after these very cold days. As always, the food was delicious and the conversation lively. Look for more fun Condo events being planned for the spring.

SOMERSET CONDO HOLIDAY PARTY - DECEMBER 9

Our annual Somerset Condo Holiday Party was held on Tuesday December 9 at Maggiano's Little Italy in Kenwood. About 40 residents gathered to celebrate the season together. The restaurant looked lovely with garland, white lights and red bows everywhere! As always, the food was delicious and we enjoyed connecting with old friends and meeting new ones.

CPR and AED Training

On Wednesday October 29th 15 people gathered at the Club House for CPR and AED training. The two hour class was taught by Mike Kramer, a Firefighter and Paramedic from the Sycamore Township Fire and Rescue. He is a fabulous teacher and made a difficult subject intense but fun. Each participant will receive a CPR Training Certificate.

Bengals Event at the Club House

About 26 of us gathered at the Club House and tried to cheer the Bengals to victory. The outcome of the game wasn't what we had hoped for, but we had fun together and enjoyed snacks, Skyline Chili and some sweet treats for dessert.

Condo Ladies Lunch at Taglio

23 ladies gathered at Taglio's in Montgomery on a beautiful summer afternoon. We enjoyed good conversation and fabulous food. We met new people and had some fun! The group is looking forward to planning more luncheons in the future.

On a very steamy summer evening, 22 of us gathered in the air conditioned comfort of the Club House to enjoy a few laughs and a variety of delicious food. We all brought a dish to share and whatever you wanted to drink. It was a casual and fun time to be with friends and catch up on the neighborhood news.
