Whether you're looking to host a party, an event or meeting, stay fit, or simply socialize and meet new friends...the Somerset Clubhouse is the perfect place to start! The Clubhouse is the focal point of our community and includes both indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
As you enter the 6,000 square foot facility, you're welcomed by a spacious game room that features an impressive English-style pub that can be set up for special events. You'll see several game tables plus a billiards table that's located in the upper loft. Meander into the cozy library room, where on a cold winter day, you can relax in front of the fireplace and enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee. When the weather is in our favor...you can access the covered veranda through sunlit French doors and continue across the lawn, where you find a large Roman inspired pergola landing that features a soothing water fountain and overlooks the sparkling resort style swimming pool. A perfect backdrop for that special photo op!
When duty calls there's a well-appointed conference and business center with internet access and an impressive conference table that will accommodate a large group or serve as an exceptional spot to create a lovely buffet for a special event.
The facility includes a full working kitchen with commercial ice machine, plus an outdoor grill, which owners can utilize for private parties or events. This spacious Clubhouse is also where you'll find the Fitness Center with nearby restrooms and locker rooms.
As an owner at Somerset and for a minimal fee, you're able to reserve the Clubhouse for your private event on a first come, first serve basis. A reservation can be made up to a year in advance through the Towne Properties/Bishop's Gate office, located in the Clubhouse.
